Jen has been a qualified Nurse for 13 years and currently works for the NHS for an urgent care response service in the community. She loves the fast pace of the NHS but enjoys the client focus in the world of aesthetics and has trained with several reputable national aesthetics academies.
Jen believes aesthetics isn't about chasing trends or what's popular on TikTok. She believes aesthetics is primarily about making you look and feel like the best version of yourself, all whilst maintaining her professional code of conduct. The primary focus should always be client safety, treatment efficacy, evidence based practice and medical ethics.
Jen is fully insured and registered and holds appropriate certificates for all competencies. She is medical emergency trained.

It is important to meet clients for clinical consultations prior to treatments to establish what your aesthetics goals are. Jen usually works Mon-Weds in her clinic but can be flexible and can offer weekends or evenings if requested.

What are the benefits of wellness vitamin injections?
How should I prepare for my aesthetic procedure?
Our vitamin injections are designed to optimize your wellness from within. The vitamins offered in clinic (B12, Biotin, B complex, C, D and Glutathione), are non-prescription, and are for wellness purposes only to give you a boost. They must not be used in place of therapeutic dosing. Performed by our highly qualified nurse and independent prescriber, these treatments enhance energy levels and immune function. Each protocol is tailored to your unique clinical needs after a thorough medical screening. If you have any new or alarming symptoms, or known to be vitamin deficient, the advice is always to see your own GP.
Vitamin injections are quick, safe, generally well tolerated, with next to no down time. Please make contact if you have any questions and Jen will be happy to answer them.
Preparation is essential for optimal safety and results. We recommend avoiding alcohol 24 hours prior and arriving with clean skin. During your initial consultation near Peterborough, you will receive a bespoke pre-treatment protocol and health assessment specifically designed for your skin goals. The skin is also prepped appropriately, so if you do come in make up (if you're nipping out on your lunch break), that's fine!
Is there any downtime after aesthetic treatments?
Most advanced aesthetic procedures involve minimal downtime. While slight redness or minor swelling may occur at the injection site, these typical effects usually resolve within a few hours. We provide comprehensive aftercare instructions and support to ensure your recovery is smooth and effective.
After care is dependent on the treatment. However it is generally recommended to avoid treatments immediately prior to a big event or a holiday, to ensure that any potential adverse reactions can be addressed by your Nurse practitioner.
Do I need to sign a consent form for my session?
Yes, informed consent is a critical part of our professional standard. Before any procedure, Jen will provide detailed information regarding the treatment, potential side effects, and expected outcomes. All clients must complete a digital consent form and medical questionnaire prior to their clinic visit. This is to ensure that any allergies, conditions or potential contraindications can be avoided.
